CYSD invites competitive quotations from eligible vendors and service providers for the supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and transportation of various items to its Rural Project in Patana & Thakurmunda Blocks of Keonjhar & Mayurbhanj Districts. The proposed procurements include establishing a Custom Hiring Centre (Agri-equipment Bank), setting up solar-powered Digital Classrooms in schools, installing solar drinking water facilities (Solar Jalminars) in communities, providing RO purifiers to Anganwadi Centres and storage water cooler-cum-purifiers to high schools, supplying machinery for forest-based SHG enterprises (leaf plate making machines, solar dryers, and tamarind pressing machines), and supplying office equipment and furniture for the project office. Interested vendors are requested to submit their detailed sealed quotations or through following email by 22^nd September 2026 to the Purchase Convenor via email at purchase@cysd.org.  

CYSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, alter quantities, or cancel the procurement process entirely at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
